Cecilia Zapata-Harms is a highly respected executive and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of leadership in life sciences, biotechnology, and innovation ecosystems. A certified Executive Coach, Cecilia supports new and seasoned leaders through their journey as executives. The journey as an executive often feel “lonely” and definitely challenging. She helps executives navigate some of the challenges and design strategies that will help guide the journey.

Cecilia is an executive herself and knows first hand the roller coaster ride executives experience both personally and professionally. She currently serves as the Executive of Palmetto InnovaSphere, a regional life sciences institute accelerating commercialization and economic development in South Carolina. She is also the founder and host of Women, Life and Science, a 501c(3) non-profit platform and podcast empowering women in science, industry, and academia.
